3How To Use
Managing Leads
- Navigate to the Leads page from the sidebar.
- Click + New Lead to add a prospect.
- Use the Filters button to narrow down lists by Stage (e.g., "Qualified") or Temperature ("Hot").
- Click the three dots (⋮) on a card to Edit, Delete, or Assign the lead.
Logging Activities
- Go to the Activities page or click "Activity" on a lead card.
- Select activity type: Call, Meeting, Email, or Proposal.
- Enter notes and set a Follow-up Date for reminders.
Viewing Reports
- Check the Reports page for visual insights.
- Review "Leads by Stage" to spot bottlenecks.
- Use the Refresh button to get the latest live data.
4User Roles
AdminFull control over users, data, and system settings. Can assign leads to anyone.
SalesFocused access. View assigned leads, log activities, and track personal performance.
